Airline Passenger Satisfaction Data Analysis

Over the past few years, the aviation industry has adopted artificial intelligence and machine learning to revolutionize passenger comfort. Airlines can personalize the travel experience, predict and promptly address potential issues, and streamline operations to increase efficiency.

Using a dataset produced from a survey containing 130,000 respondents, each group member answered their own question using different techniques to build a predictive model ranging from support vector machines to decision trees. I looked into the most significant factors affecting adolescence’s satisfaction of their experience with an airline using a logistic regression.
